Currently, the look&feel of the overlays is not optimal. The black stroke make them not really visible comparing to the stroke of the BPMN shapes and edges, and there is not a lot of spaces between the text/icon and the stroke (bpmn-visualization doesn't provide configuration for this)

Change the color of the overlay strokes and use the same color as the fill color.
Change the font color of the overlays to white.
