Fix broken and missing links in README.md #219

The readme currently points to several outdated URLs:

https://github.com/gaocegege/Processing.R/blob/master/processing.org/reference
https://processing-r.github.io/Processing.R-docs/

...it also does not mention the github repo of the documentation site -- this should probably be linked because the repo is very hard to find otherwise.
