Buttons Script #38

I need to take a pass over the tutorial and finalize when the buttons are shown. My plan I think is:

1) Hello No buttons

2) Shapes "Run code" button is introduced "Next lesson" button appears at end

3) Color Clear all buttons except "Run code" while lesson is going "Reset Code" appears at end "Next Lesson" appears at end

4) Interact Clear all buttons but "run" reset and next appear at end

5) Questions Clear all buttons but "run" reset and next appear at end (does share button appear at end?)

6) Goodbye Reveal share button
