At the moment there is no installation in Linux, you can just run the executable or install it by hand similar to Processing in this guide on how to install Processing on Ubuntu. There is another issue, where someone is working on building an installation script: https://github.com/processing/p5.js-editor/issues/252
I have made .deb and .rpm packages for Linux of the editor. They can be found at: http://p5js.20dage.dk/ After installing the package, just type p5 in a terminal.
I don't know if this was a mistake or I might just be stupid and not understand how to install the program in the folder but as far as I can tell you can't install the editor on Linux with what's in the folder right now.
