signup page aligned properly #2991

@lindapaiste @raclim I have aligned the signup page properly.

@lindapaiste I have made the changes. Now, this will only add padding above the signup page, not the login page. I have already checked, and it won't create any problems with the view on any devices. Even without the above padding in the signup page, we have to scroll down to see the full content, so I think this would work fine.
