wrong link on "submit a pull request on GitHub!" #482

the button redirects to a 404 - page not found: https://github.com/processing/p5.js-website/blob/main/contributing_libraries.md

Expected Behavior

should take me to the page that shows me how to submit the pull request

Thanks @arjunmakesthings and @Divyansh013. This bug is fixed in this commit, so the 'submit a pull request on GitHub' link on p5js.org/libraries page is working now. I'm closing this issue for organizational purpose. Feel free to reopen it if you have any other questions. Thank you!
