Add a shortcut to duplicate the current line #4733

Like most IDEs, it would be very useful to add a shortcut to duplicate the current line and insert it below, ctrl + d is what I believe the standard shortcut.

Which hotkey combination would you prefer? ⌘D is already used for showing the debugger.

@cansik (Command) G is the leftmost key which doesn’t conflict, I believe. Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m on Windows right now.
