video display on processing 3.5.3 shows nothing without any error showed when running the code (movie2serial) #5995

i am using rpi 4 trying to stream some videos on ws2812b led strips. i am using teensy 3.5 with octows281** libraries. i tried doing it using mac instead of rpi, it worked once and then just did not any more. processing shows the window where the video should be played but nothing happens. there is no error. i do not know what to do please help.
