Logrotate in ecs #117

Hello, Logrotate is not installed in ecs Docker image. Shouldn't it be ? Or isn't ejabberd considered verbose enough to take car about log rotation ? Thanks, Eric

Got to the https://docs.ejabberd.im/admin/guide/troubleshooting/?h=rotat#log-files section. Found the reason.
