modules broken with ejabberd >= 18.06 because jlib.hrl and ejabberd.hrl are gone #251

ejabberd 18.06 is the first release to ship without jlib.hrl and ejabberd.hrl.

This breaks several contrib modules, as the following includes are no longer found:

jlib.hrl:

mod_cron/src/mod_cron.erl:-include("jlib.hrl").
mod_grafite/src/mod_grafite.erl:-include("jlib.hrl").
mod_shcommands/src/mod_shcommands.erl:-include("jlib.hrl").
mod_statsdx/src/mod_stats2file.erl:-include("jlib.hrl").

ejabberd.hrl:

mod_cron/src/mod_cron.erl:-include("ejabberd.hrl").
mod_grafite/src/mod_grafite.erl:-include("ejabberd.hrl").
mod_logsession/src/mod_logsession.erl:-include("ejabberd.hrl").
