Port IRCD to latest ejabberd API #80

Ability to join an XMPP chatroom was possible with this project, but it is not working anymore with latest ejabberd version.

This is the reference module: https://github.com/processone/ejabberd-contrib/tree/master/ircd

Porting it to latest API should be useful.

This would be indeed nice to have working again.

There is also this: https://github.com/moparisthebest/xmpp-ircd But I am not sure if it is still working.
