ejabberd 21.01-2 Mariadb 10.5.15

I was able to solve the issue by making the "name" field in the sr_group table unique

I guess you forgot to read the upgrade notes? https://docs.ejabberd.im/admin/upgrade/from_21.04_to_21.07/
