DTLS support #5

Please add DTLS support.

I'm fine with adding DTLS support (was on my list anyway). If you (or anyone else) is aware of a client that supports this, I'd be interested. The only DTLS client I know of is Coturn's test tool. Being able to test things with real world clients would be nice.
