I have tried multiple times to download the windows iot normal bulid and it gives me the pop up and licensing agreement but then does not start to download

It doesn't surprise me. Microsoft stopped supporting this some time ago. You may find some help if you search the Raspberry Pi Forums.

@DaZel77 windows 10 iot will download, but the status will not showed.
