Add markdown support to image captions #121

When sending an image to chat and entering image caption such as **UILTRA** __IMAGE__, I see that it's rendered without markdown parsing.

People over Telegram say that markdown is supported in image captions but isn't supported by tdesktop/kepka at the moment. We need to research and fix that.

This feature is already in upstream. We need to sync it. It is possibly related for #114
