Adopt upstream code reorganisings #174

For better backporting I suggest to adopt the good (as I think) code refactorings from upstream. NB: We should not blindly cherry-pick these commits, because some upstream commits are ambigious and contain more than one logical change:

[ ] https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/commit/ffc20e44920465a4181320a050e22d4c599d0b12 - split huge "structs.h" into pieces;
[ ] https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/commit/6ca105a29029dd36363b356390017088d7844281 - style fixes, bug fixes and all useful from this amalgamete;
[ ] https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/commit/d93c1ccbaa0dc4ad07a3260b6162e67e6b165f5a improve compile times (by avoiding in-header methods definitions)

@leha-bot имхо есть серьезная проблема с бекпортингом сейчас
