[Part 1/X] Update to Layer 72 and introduce new features from this layer #175

[x] pinned messages in channels (https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/commit/75d8d01b1754e4f9c6ffc601848455bda9c4516d, #8);

These issues and tasks are postponed to the next PR:
