Ability to return into the non-supergroup #94

The MTProto allows user to return into the non-supergroup. Right now this feature exists only in Telegram Web and (possibly) Plus Messenger.

This feature was in Webogram. I found related place in its codebase: https://github.com/zhukov/webogram/blob/80eee8d5ecf5be9beef9e6ce22af48adc37fd0cf/app/js/controllers.js#L1917
