The MIT license states that the text of the license must accompany the source code that is licensed under the MIT license.

This pull request adds the text of the MIT license to a license file.

Hi @jaredsmith, thanks for this PR! I've added this file to the new repo for this project at joshperry/dirty-chai, the new URIs will go up with the next release to NPM.
