Same thread shows multiple times

Expected Behavior

Each thread/ticket showing exactly once

Actual Behavior

Sometimes the same thread shows up multiple times. Clicking on any of the ones shown takes to the same thread, naturally. On page refresh shows just fine once.

I had JF open in a tab and came back to it maybe 30 minutes later and found this:

This just happened to me on my support shift, I pulled the state data and the card was defined there multiple times.
