As an example of the kind of things other helpdesk tools offer (e.g. Jira, Zendesk), I would now be able to mark this issue as resolved, and have it hidden from the list. As it stands I have to manually read through the whole list of conversations to see what I need to take action on, in a window that is 10% the size of my monitor.
