Run paper-trading and live-trading strategies on the deployed platform #74

Now that the project is hosted to Google Cloud Platform, we can begin to start deploying live/paper strategies on the remote server to run for long time periods.

There have been many updates to both catalyst and kryptos since paper trading was implemented, so it is likely there will be some bugs to work out.
