fix: Timer bugfixes, ops scripts permissions #35

Timers did not have the right environment
Fetch timer did not have a valid calendar spec
Scripts were not executable

The diff on the scripts is pretty broken, but the scripts aren't empty. You can use the "..." menu to view the contents of the file, and the commands are still there.
