I have tried installing this on existing sites running CiviCRM 4.6 on Drupal 6, CiviCRM 4.6 on Drupal 7, as well as on a Drupal 7 site with a fresh CiviCRM install, but every time it fails to complete the install. Error on screen "Extension Key does not match expected standard".
In the CiviCRM error log and in the apache error logs:
AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Civi::settings() in com.pesc.sparkpost/sparkpost.php on line 69\n', referer: https://example.com/civicrm/admin/extensions?action=add&id=com.pesc.sparkpost&key=com.pesc.sparkpost
Have not run into any issues installing on CiviCRM 4.7/5.0.
