Spineret initialization for automated testing #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Please include a step to initialize Spineret for automated testing.

The context is the case where the spineret has an old version at an incorrect 
baud, or autoboot function that prevents communication with the automation. 

RE: Braino's update from 57600 baud v5.0 to v5.3

The only requirement is that it have a valid 5.3+ kernel running at 230kb
