What steps will reproduce the problem?
Request for input radar driver 

Mattel Hot Wheels radar gun sells for approx $30

transmits a continuous wave at 10.525GHz, then measures the frequency that 
returns after the wave bounces off a moving target.

Does not measure distance, only speed (doppler shift)

1. Send >10Ghz signal,
2. detect signal, and measure beat frequency
