October 14, 2023 Eclipse we will be launching from Odessa Texas so we need to secure travel arrangements

April 8, 2024 Eclipse (Decide location) and secure travel arrangements

1) The team will be driving, vans have been secured. 2) hotel accommodations have not been secured, need to identify launch site and ground system site so that we can be strategic in picking hotel *** I guess we could generically select hotels in Odessa

We have six rooms (one single room w king bed for Marcus) and five rooms with double queen beds at Courtyard by Marriott Odessa, 7241 Tres Hermanas Boulevard, Odessa, TX. Candy will stay with family in their RV!
