Critical Deign Review (CDR) items to be reviewed:
Design is final, requirements are stable, and tests have been identified
Interface Control Documents (ICDs) are final
Operational procedures are final
Test Readiness Review (TRR) items to be reviewed:
Test have been clearly defined with test objectives and pass/fail criteria
Requirements are clearly correlated to tests
Failures have been adequately addressed
Any software and hardware level testing documented
Testing approach is adequate to evaluate the system
Conduct CDR and TRR in July
