Implemented PRNG #1

This PR replaces static nonces with randomized ones without implementation of platform-dependent random generators.

I decided to merge this patch to libstrophe. So libmesode will have less merge conflicts in the future.

Yes, I'm making sure that libmesode is kept up to date with libstrophe, all the recent changes have been pulled from libstrophe now.
