What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Export a mesh with a texture 
2. Object the texture coordinates are scrambled due to truncation
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. The textured mesh as it appears in blender 2.49
2. Object the texture coordinates are scrambled due to truncation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Blender 2.49 and current exporter..

Please provide any additional information
