TIMELINE: install.sh does not work on Mac OS X #12

install.sh script does not work on Mac OS X because the
version of "cp" that comes with the Mac does not support the -u
option.

Install.sh is no longer part of Timeline. Instead, unzip and use one of the zip 
files 
that are now provided with the sw.
