Show notifications on device connect/disconnect #279

It would be nice to have an option to show a notification when a device 
connects/disconnects from the desktop app.

Currently, by default there is no direct connection between the device and the 
desktop. Notifications are sent to everyone in the network. I proposed in the 
developers mailing list that the device should connect directly to the desktop 
instead.

I disagree, partly because that I wanna see my device status on multiple 
computers, like my media centre, when I'm not around my phone so I don't miss 
any phone calls.....
