Put icon css in repo #95

I'm not sure if we need the whole package if only a few icons are used in the file, so this is just the css and webfonts directories from the download, which is still way more than used. This could be thinned down, or added to with the rest of the download if need be.

Resubmitting with newer version 6.4.0 instead, and less files.
