Can rom hacks be played exemple: pokemon clover?

And if i ever want to uninstall it how do i do that? (Complete uninstal)

It will run pretty much any GBA ROM including ROM hacks but save type detection will be hit and miss since these are not in the save type database. Also note that some ROM hacks were never properly tested on real hardware and can crash.

Nothing is installed to the system. Just delete the FIRM file and "/3ds/open_agb_firm" (Warning, your savegames are stored in this folder).

Another thing to note is that the usual limits apply, i.e. ROMs with size > 32MiB cannot be played, etc.
