Using 3DS mGBA ROMs on open_agb_firm #120

Submitting this issue to immediately close it so it's here for anyone with this query in the future.

3DS mGBA ROMs can be moved from their respective folder to 3ds/open_agb_firm/saves without use of the EEPROM fixer.
