What hapens if i use it with godmode9? Will a selection menu show up?

I don't understand the question. If you launch open_agb_firm via GodMode9 the same will happen as if you launched it through Luma3DS or fastboot3DS.

When you hold L + Down + Start, if you have several firmwares in the /luma/payloads folder, it displays a firmware selection menu
