[Question] How do I enable thunderbolt #167

Hello there! I am looking to enable thunderbolt support to add a new external monitor, I don't know how to follow these steps:

enable TB3: _GPE.NTFY,1,S to XTFY binary patch
enable TB3: RP9._INI,0,N to XINI binary patch

Where do I have to add those? And how? Thanks!

I found how to do it! But I am still not able to add a external monitor, it gives me a blue screen. Will add a new issue with that
