Prohibitory circle after upgrade #192

Closed Zephariael closed 2 years ago

Hello,

I'm experiencing the prohibitory circle after upgrading to the latest efi. I tried re installing, but the utility only seems to recognize the macos base system partition and not the rest of the SSD, so I can't even reinstall.

Google-fu is also not helping. My time machine backup also isn't detected.

Please advice, thanks.

From EFI ver 2.4.0

@Zephariael

From 2.4.0 to 3.1.0 there are months of changes...

What I can suggest:

Please, let me know if you fix your issue!

Edit: release 3.1.0 is essential the same 3.0.0 with SecureBootModel feature set as Disabled as fail-safe value... If you got prohibitory circle while I'm working on a perfect system, then the cause should be looked for into SSDTs code changes or into config.plist in DeviceProperties changes: but this could only be done on the machine which has issues and not on mine...
