Actual results
Mouse cursor is changed to 'hand' but the pop-up doesn't appear neither by hovering over the icon nor by clicking on it.
Expected results
Pop-up with filters is opened by clicking on the icon or by the hovering over the it.
Reproduction Steps:
Open the http://beta.streamhatchet.com/
Navigate to the 'Detailed Channel' under 'Channels'
Select a channel
Click on 'Live Dashboard'
Click on the spanner to open the filter menu for 'Activity log' or hover the mouse cursor over it.
