Actual results
Pop-up with additional information for the 'Detailed Channel' is truncated. Reproduced for all pages where similar pop-up is available, on some pages like 'Discovery' pop-up is truncated without window minimizing.
This issue also occurs on OS X 10.10 Yosemite
Expected results
Pop-up with additional information for the 'Detailed Channel' is displayed, the whole information is visible.
Reproduction Steps:
Open the http://beta.streamhatchet.com/
Navigate to the 'Detailed Channel' under 'Channels'
Minimize the screen size of the window
Point the mouse over the '?' icon by the 'Detailed Channel' header
Observe the pop-up appears
