Actual results
The Discovery filters 'Streaming platforms' and 'Time Streamed' info prompts flicker. Notice that the issue occurs 6/10 times and it does not occur if the prompts are displayed on the bottom side of the buttons.
Expected results
The info prompts of the 'Streaming platforms' and 'Time Streamed' filters should not flicker.
Reproduction Steps:
Access http://beta.streamhatchet.com and log in with the given credentials.
Go to Channels > Discovery and find Streaming platforms and Time Streamed filters.
Hover the cursor on the info button of the filters.
Notice that the info prompts flicker.
