Actual results
User selects a channel(A), then select another channel(B) and select the channel A again, the loading animation displays forever
Expected results
System should not add the duplicate channel again
Reproduction Steps:
Launch "http://beta.streamhatchet.com/" url with IE 11
Click "MY TEAMS" left menu
Click "Create New Team" button
Under "Add / Remove team members" section, select a channel (ex: YoutubeBrock)
Select another channel
Select the channel at step 4 again (ex: YoutubeBrock)
