Duplicate teams with same names and same Logos and same channels multiple times and no validation message is shown
Expected results
Expected that user should not be allowed to create teams with same names and logos and same channels multiple times and should show a validation message
Reproduction Steps:
Launch the URL and login
Tap on My teams and choose Create team
Complete the Creation of Team.
Click on "Go back to teams"
Repeat steps 2 and 3 and with same names, logos and channels and observe
