Reproduction Steps:
Launch the URL and login with teams account
Click on "Detailed channel" menu under Channels
Click on "Live Dashboard" tab
Scroll down till Chat section and scroll down the chat dialog and click on 3 line menu/button and user is shown viewers dialog
Click on the box with arrow button on top right corner
Observe the chat field below and click on the field and start typing and observe that first line typed is not displayed
