Cancel override button is not working #62

When I click on the 'Cancel Override' button, after I activate the override, it does not work.

This video demonstrate this problem:

System Information

Google Chrome version: 120.0.6099.109 LeechBlock version: 1.6 Operating System: Fedora Linux 38 (Workstation Edition)

Thanks for the report. Did "Cancel Override" ever work for you? In other words, is this a problem that recently appeared?

The button 'Cancel Override' used to work for me. I believe this problem appeared recently.

Okay, please do the following:

Go to the Extensions page (chrome://extensions)
Activate "Developer mode"
Click on the link "service worker" under LeechBlock NG (DevTools console will open)
Check that "Default levels" is selected in the DevTools console toolbar
Click the "Cancel Override" button

Do any error messages appear in the console?

This is the error message that appears in the Console: " background.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) Error: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist. "
