Filter doesn't work in picture-in-picture mode #5

I use a grayscale filter when blocking my website, which is YouTube. But whenever I put it to PIP mode the whole video goes back to normal. I suppose this will be a great coding challenge but can someone fix this.

I think it would also be nice if it let me fullscreen in youtube since it turns black whenever I fullscreen in YouTube
