[BUG] LeechBlock does not do anything until a blocked URL has been reloaded #287

I get my warning popup that the time is almost finished, and then the time eventually finishes. But nothing happens until I refresh the page or go to another blocked URL. This is pretty bad as sites with infinite feeds can waste my time without needing a refresh.

Immediately block pages on these sites once blocking conditions are met was what I needed.
