LeechBlockNG does not work Ubuntu 22.04.4 with Mozilla Firefox 124.0.2 #430

I have previously used LeechBlockNG on Ubuntu and it worked great. However, I cannot get the latest version to run, no Icon appears in my taskbar and about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox shows me "Background script: stopped". Is this a known issue? Can I somehow obtain more information that can be used to debug this?

Go to about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox and click the Inspect button next to LeechBlock NG. Do you see any error messages in the console?

@proginosko Sorry, took me a while to get back to this. No, the console does not show any output. I'm not very proficient at JavaScript but I will try to fork this and find out what the issue is.

You could also try creating a fresh Firefox profile, installing LB in that profile, and seeing if it works there.
