Changes

Corrects the PATH environment variable for storing git-credential-read-only in 07-git-tools/sections/credentials.asc to GIT_EXEC_PATH.
Create a reference ID to 10-git-internals/sections/environment.asc#global-behavior.

Fixes #1969

Gonna close this one. It looks like your problem was more about having Ruby installed and possibly a typo in your terminal, and I don't want to encourage people to muck with the env var that tells Git where to find its own core commands.
