Add voting page

During development (and possibly later as well), development will be made based on a ticket board

Each user gets access to this ticket board, where they can add things they want implemented Then they can sort the table based on priority (what they want most at top and then decending)

I will get an accumulated list with the sorted tickets, where I can choose to develop
